Driving directions Drive along the Millennium Way and connect to A2203/Blackwall Ln. Turn right and use the A102 right up to A13. Continue along the A13/E. India Dock Rd. till you reach Butcher's Row which links you to A 1203/The Hwy and then on to Thomas Moore St, Vaughan Way and A3211/Tower Hill Terrace. The A3211 takes you to Victoria Embankment. Turn right at Bridge Street to reach St .Margaret St.
